Went for a quick jog today. Was the only one out running, working, or doing much of anything for that matter. It was just 40 degrees, nothing too cold, least for me I guess. Makes me wonder if I was the toughest runner out today. Guess that is a good first step towards success…..Doing stuff others won’t, and when they won’t do it.
Probably applies elsewhere in life. How’s everyone’s post-Christmas workouts going?

Harder to eat garbage when you have to plan to eat garbage.
Planning is important to success. This week the goal is to plan all meals. This means thinking ahead a bit and having food around to eat and cook. The goal here is to avoid getting hungry and then only having unhealthy options be handy. Good Luck!
Got hit with the flu and fell off the wagon with working mobility. Pisses me off to let something like that stop me. I will finish the week strong and kill next week’s challenge.
